The board doubles as a personal recommendation feed.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>Personalized recommendations<\/strong> also appear on your dashboard based on your skill profile. Opportunities where your match score is strong are highlighted.<\/p>\n\n<p>This means you do not always have to scan the full board manually. The system shows you the ones where you are likely to be a fit.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_you_can_see_on_an_Opportunity\"><\/span>What you can see on an Opportunity<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>For Opportunities in the <strong>Open<\/strong> status, you can read the full details: description, required skills, certificates, role, location, time effort, start and end dates.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Opportunity Owners are hidden from your view. You see the team or unit hosting the Opportunity, but not the names of the individuals reviewing applications.<\/p>\n\n<p>For Opportunities in the <strong>Filled<\/strong> or <strong>Closed<\/strong> status, the listing appears in the overview but the details are not accessible. Opportunities in <strong>Draft<\/strong> are not visible to employees at all.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Applying\"><\/span>Applying<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>When you find an Opportunity that fits, submit your application from the detail page. Your skill profile and public information are what the Owner will see.<\/p>\n\n<p>You can also add a short personal message to your application. The message is optional and only visible to the Opportunity Owners. Transparency, not an automatic filter, is the gate.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>Right after submitting, you receive a confirmation email:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Hello [Your name],<\/p><p>Thank you for your application.<\/p><p><strong>We&#8217;ve received your application for the opportunity [Opportunity name].<\/strong><\/p><p>The opportunity owners will review your profile and get back to you if there&#8217;s a match.<\/p><p>If you have any questions, feel free to contact the opportunity owners.<\/p><p>[Button: View opportunity]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>If you added a message during application, it is included in the confirmation under <em>Your message<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"After_you_apply\"><\/span>After you apply<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>The Opportunity Owners are notified that a new application came in. They can open your public profile and review your application alongside any others.<\/p>\n\n<p>You do not have to do anything between submitting and hearing back. The Owners review applications and update the status (in the shortlist, selected, not selected) as they go. If they choose to notify you, you receive an email when your application status changes.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Withdrawing_an_application\"><\/span>Withdrawing an application<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>If you change your mind, you can withdraw your application from the same Opportunity page.
