Share the Excel template with your team and start filling the data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>List all <strong>skills your team needs to perform their tasks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add in the matrix<strong> skills which are strategic<\/strong> for the future business of your company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask your team to <strong>evaluate their skill level<\/strong> and update the skill matrix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For each skill, show the evaluation results and ask the team members if they want to provide <strong>feedback <\/strong>about some evaluations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the requirement section, define the <strong>levels required for each skill<\/strong> and the number of members who should have this level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the last column, you can see the number of people who are missing for each level.
