Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Verbesserung ist die Einf\u00fchrung von Trainings und Rollen. Schulungen, die zu den Entwicklungszielen passen, werden im Entwicklungsplan vorgeschlagen. Die Kompetenzmatrix ist nun besser f\u00fcr funktions\u00fcbergreifende Teams geeignet, da Sie sie nach Rollen filtern k\u00f6nnen.<br>Schlie\u00dflich wurde auch die Benutzerfreundlichkeit der
