At AgileValue, you will take on the role of Marketing Manager. You will carry our vision into the world with strategy, creativity, and a deep understanding of what moves people. You combine strategic, data-driven thinking with creativity and an intuitive grasp of human psychology.
Your Responsibilities
• Develop and implement our marketing strategy across all channels (website, social media, events, PR, performance marketing)
• Drive lead generation and brand awareness
• Plan and execute content and campaign initiatives, both online and offline
• Manage external agencies and partners
• Build and maintain our CRM system for marketing automation
• Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs, including budget responsibility
• Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams
Your Profile
• Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS or HR tech environment
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools
• Strong creative sense for brand communication, storytelling, and design
• Excellent command of German and English
