As a Sales Consultant (m/f/d), you are the strategic sparring partner for our customers. You understand their challenges, identify the real problems, and show them how they can work measurably more successfully with our software. From first contact to long-term development, you guide them through the entire process.

With clear communication, confident negotiation skills, and strong results focus, you create real value and make our customers sustainably successful.

Your Responsibility

  • Acquiring new customers and actively contributing to company growth
  • Building, maintaining, and expanding long-term customer relationships
  • Responsibility for customer retention as well as cross-selling and upselling
  • Advising decision-makers from management and HR
  • Close collaboration with product management to pass on customer feedback

Your Tasks

  • Reaching out to potential new customers and identifying business opportunities
  • Analyzing customer problems and advising how our product effectively solves them
  • Conducting product demos for new and existing customers
  • Actively driving successful deal closures
  • Conducting onboarding, regular check-ins, and success reviews
  • Creating articles and success stories for LinkedIn and our website
  • Attending trade shows, customer events, and building partnerships

Your Profile

  • Experience in B2B environments, particularly in sales, customer success, or consulting
  • Strong at building sustainable customer relationships
  • Confident handling purchasing processes, negotiations, and closings
  • Strong consultant skills, persuasive and communicative
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and results-driven
  • High emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and resilience
  • Proficient with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Languages: German (C2) and English (C1)
