To help us bring these stories to life, we are looking for a highly motivated student to join our team as a Content Creator.
In this role, you will support the creation, editing, and publishing of high-quality content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
You’ll collaborate closely with our product team to develop engaging content that attracts and retains our target audience.
This is an excellent opportunity to explore themes around Human Resources and the Future of Work and gain hands-on experience in content marketing, SEO, and digital communication.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the creation and editing of content such as blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
- Research and analyze scientific studies and emerging trends to develop new content ideas.
- Collaborate with the product team to plan and implement effective content strategies.
- Publish and manage content across our website and social media channels.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or Communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1).
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online content best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Experience with SEO or WordPress is an advantage.
