As the responsible person (Team Coach, Unit Coach, or HR Manager), you can reach out to matching people directly instead of only waiting for applications.
You can only invite colleagues who are already in Teammeter and whose profile matches. The Opportunity Marketplace is for internal mobility, not for external recruiting.
Open your opportunity in the My opportunities tab. Under Applicants you see two numbers: the matches, meaning how many profiles fit, and the applicants who have already applied. The matches take you to the matching people, with their score and a breakdown per skill.
Select the people you want to reach and invite them. Each one gets an email with a link to the opportunity, in their own language.
An invitation is not an application. The person decides whether to apply. Only then do they show up among your applicants.
